Return Policy and Warranty

Warranty

Every PopCouch is backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty, covering manufacturer defects in your PopCore™ Foundation and PopFoam™ comfort layer for as long as you own your couch. Your first 3 years include complete protection at no cost, with a lifetime replacement commitment after that.

If you experience an issue covered under warranty, contact us at info@popcouch.com with a description of the problem, your proof of purchase, and clear photos of the defect. Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide a repair, replacement, or another suitable solution.

Returns

At PopCouch, we're committed to your complete satisfaction. We understand a product might not entirely meet your needs, so we offer a flexible return policy.

Return Period: You have 45 days from the date of delivery to decide if your PopCouch purchase is right for you (excluding final sale and clearance items).

Condition: For a full refund, items must be returned clean and in good, undamaged condition. We know our compression sofas can't be re-compressed into their original packaging, so the original box isn't required — just include any parts and accessories that came with your order.

Return Shipping: To start a return, contact us at info@popcouch.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please request a return before sending anything back — items returned without prior authorization won't be accepted.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact our team at info@popcouch.com right away. We'll work quickly to resolve it with a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

To exchange your item for a different model or color, start a return for the original item under our return policy, then place a new order for the item you'd like.
