Limited Lifetime Warranty: PopCore™ Foundation & PopFoam™ Comfort Layer

Designed for peace of mind. PopCouch offers a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturer defects in both your PopCore™ Foundation and responsive PopFoam™ comfort layer. Paired with your tool-free setup, it means a supportive, lasting couch with zero lifting required.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, with full coverage for your first 3 years and a lifetime replacement commitment after that.

Your First 3 Years: Complete Protection

You're fully covered for the first 3 years from the day your order is delivered. During this time, any approved warranty replacement is completely free. And because we believe in effortless living, we'll replace the entire affected module rather than ask you to take anything apart or swap out internal pieces.

How Coverage Works

  • Your coverage starts on the day your order is delivered.
  • A repair or replacement doesn't restart the clock — it's covered for the rest of your original warranty period.
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who bought directly from an official PopCouch channel. It stays with you and can't be passed on, sold, or reassigned to a new owner.
  • Just keep your order number handy. Claims need to come from the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
  • We ship and provide warranty coverage within the 48 contiguous United States. We aren't able to cover products in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or outside the U.S.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the PopCore™ Foundation and PopFoam™ comfort layer. It doesn't cover:

  • DuraWeave™ Fabric. All fabric upholstery is excluded from warranty coverage. Everyday wear and tear on the material is a normal part of life and isn't covered.
  • Natural Evolution. The gentle, expected softening of the PopFoam™ comfort layer over time as it settles into your home. That's normal, not a defect.
  • Normal Wear and Tear. Gradual changes in look, feel, or firmness from everyday use.
  • Improper Care or Misuse. Damage from accidents, drops, spills, stains, burns, cuts, punctures, pets, insects, improper assembly, overloading, harsh or unapproved cleaning products, exposure to extreme heat, moisture, humidity, or direct sunlight, or not following our care instructions.
  • Modifications and Unauthorized Repairs. Any alteration to the product or its tailored silhouette, or any repair not done or approved by PopCouch.
  • Commercial Use. Couches used in commercial, rental, hospitality, institutional, or other non-residential settings. This warranty is for normal home use.
  • Acts of Nature. Damage from floods, fires, earthquakes, storms, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Clearance and Non-Official Sales. Items sold "as-is," floor models, display units, or products bought outside our official retail channels (including third-party resellers and secondhand marketplaces).

How We Handle Claims

We review every claim in good faith. We may ask for photos, a short video, or the return of the item so we can take a closer look. We'll let you know whether a defect is covered and whether the best fix is a repair, a replacement, a comparable substitute, or store credit.

Coverage After Year 3: Lifetime Comfort Commitment

Your couch is covered for life against manufacturer defects in the PopCore™ Foundation and PopFoam™ comfort layer. After the first 3 years, here's how a covered replacement works:

If your foundation or comfort layer develops a covered defect, we'll send a replacement module at 50% of the current retail price. "Current retail price" means the standard price listed on the product page at the time of the replacement, before any discounts, promotions, sales, or coupons. That amount includes standard shipping and handling, so you can refresh your couch with ease.

Replacements depend on availability. If a module, color, or material is no longer available, we may offer you a comparable item of equal or greater value, or store credit toward a current product.

The Fine Print

In plain terms: if something is covered, we'll repair it, replace it, swap in a comparable item, or give you credit — that's the remedy we provide under this warranty. To the fullest extent allowed by law, PopCouch isn't responsible for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages, and our total responsibility won't exceed the original purchase price of the affected product.

Any implied warranties are limited to the warranty period described above. Some states don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights that vary from state to state. We may update these terms over time; the version in effect when you bought your product applies to you.

How To Submit A Warranty Claim

If something's not right, our team is here to make it easy.

  1. Gather your details. Have your original order number ready, along with a quick description of the issue.
  2. Take a photo. Snap a few clear photos or a short video of the module and the area in question. If you can, include any product or batch label (usually on the underside of the product).
  3. Contact us. Email our support team at info@popcouch.com with your details and photos.

Once you've sent it in, our team will review your request and walk you through the next steps to get your space feeling right again.
